Hi, I'm Amanda! I too understand how it feels to be creatively, emotionally and spiritually stuck. I used movement as a way to manipulate my body into “perfection” which gave me a false sense of confidence that quickly diminished whenever my vulnerabilities were exposed.


My body became my masterpiece. I believed that my life would become magical once I reached my goals, lost those inches and leaned out to society's standard of "fit" and beautiful.


What’s interesting is that, I reached my “dream body” externally but nothing changed internally. I actually became hyper-critical of myself. I felt like I couldn't trust my body and her cravings. I became so obsessed with looking perfect that I disconnected from my relationships, creativity, and deepest desires.


After feeling stuck for years, I finally realized that I didn’t need to fix my body or look perfect to feel alive, worthy, and sexy in my skin. 


My body wasn’t going to create the magical life I envisioned, I was.  


I now use movement as a tool that allows me to live an amazing, purpose-driven, inspired life... not as a way to manipulate my body or suppress unwanted emotions. I feel sexy in my skin, connected to my femininity and I stand strong in my personal power.
